Date night with Thomas
My husband broke his ankle a week ago, so this past weekend he took the older two kids to see a movie. After picturing me chasing a two year old up and down the theater, I opted to stay home with the two year old. When you have three kids, rarely do you have one-to-one time with them. I looked at Thomas and asked him if he wanted to go to the park. He ran for his shoes! Instead of grabbing my keys, I grabbed my helmet. After putting the bike seat on my carbon fiber road bike (I doubt the frame manufacturer recommends that), we took off for the park. During the ride we saw deer, ducks, and lots of dogs. Thomas loved spending time with just mommy and we had a great time at the park playing.
